Minnesota's current stay-at-home orders are set to expire for businesses this coming Monday, May 4. Given the closure of schools through the end of the year and the continued rise of cases, we do not anticipate re-opening for in-person activities until June at the earliest.
In the meantime, our Create & Connect sessions are happening three times per week and we would love to see you there! Pay-what-you-can to sign-up with a single device, or gather up a few of your friends or family to reserve one of our private rooms for just $30 (up to 5 devices can login from anywhere worldwide!) As we plan for re-opening, we want to hear from you about the precautions we are considering and the options we are weighing. Please give us your perspective through the short (5 minute) survey below.

heARTS is continuing to move forward in this new reality, hopeful that we can sustain ourselves through this period of closure and see you again in real-life soon! We continue to pay close attention to our state leaders as we navigate the health and well-being of our community. Below are some ways we are seeing our way through: Make Art Together!![]() I have been re-imagining how heARTS can support our community through this period of physical distancing with our Youth Advisory Board and am excited to offer new ways to come together through our virtual Create & Connect sessions! We're excited to expand our reach and help people stay creatively connected during this time. Learn more and register for an upcoming session. Request a Creative Care PackDuring this time of closure, when our supplies are more useful to youth and families stuck at home, we are taking requests and delivering Creative Care packages to families living in the zip codes immediately surrounding the studio. To extend our stock, we are prioritizing families with the following circumstances: - do not have art materials in their home - have lost income due to the coronavirus - live in the following zip codes: 55406, 55407, 55409, and 55417 To honor travel restrictions and physical distancing practices, we will make no contact, doorstep deliveries on Thursdays, as long as our stock allows. Request a delivery here. Color Your Way through the Twin CitiesThe first volume of Color Me Courageous highlights some of our favorite Twin Cities landmarks. You might not be able to visit them right now, but you CAN color them. Every week, we're sending out batches of books to keep our community #coloringthrucovid. You can purchase a copy for yourself or send a copy to a loved one. One of our recent buyers had the great idea of sending colored pages to family and friends who seem so far away right now.
Not really for you? If you make a donation of $20 or more to our COVID recovery fund, we'll include a coloring book with the Creative Care Packages we are delivering to neighboring families in need. Check out our "Guess where?" posts on social media to see zoomed in previews of current pages! Purchase your copy today! |
